Being a Woman Question

Do you feel sad and worried when you have PMS?

For the last couple days I've been feeling really down( not all day, but most of the day) and worrying about things like my dog dying. He is old, but usually I don't worry about it that much. I might have PMS because my boobs hurt and I had a headache today. Is it normal to feel really sad and worried when you have PMS? Is there anything I can do to help the emotional side effects?

I get really bad cramps around that time and I can also be really moody, you know, snapping at everyone around me. But really, I don't think there is much you can do, since it's natural, there's midol, but I'm not sure how well, it works, if it's really worrying you, ask your doctor.

I don't get them too often but the last time i did i felt gloomy and get bitchy when things go wrong for me. I think it's natural for women sometimes and can't really do anything about it unless speaking to a gynecologist.
