period problems.

You can feel horrible up to a week before. All normal, I know highly annoying but human bodies can be. Depending on when you started it can take a while to settle down. I started mine when I was 15 I am now 36 and even now it can change what it does especially if I am nervous or worried about something. But dont panic it will appear in the next few days.

Its okay just calm down you probably will feel some cramps and pains in the days surrounding your period if its getting close just wear a pantiliner just in case until you get it or pad whichever you prefer hope that helps!!!
