Being a Woman Question

Eyebrow Waxing or Threading???

Okay, Im gettig my eyebrow done on Friday. Its my first time, and Im getting the threading done instead of waxing. Does it hurt really bad? And did I make a good choice?

Thanks for the answers! I ended up getting mine waxed today, and I cried. Well-tears went down my face, but I didnt sob or anything. :/ Really truly didnt hurt that bad tho. My mom is gonna get her eyebrows threaded (next time, she got hers waxed with me) so Ill tell u ppl if she says if it hurts more or wat. ;)

I've never gotten my eyebrows waxed, [I only plucked them a little bit] and a few months ago I tried threading... It really hurt me, every time I get them threaded my eyes tear up, I think because the skin around the eye brows is so sensitive and the hair is just being pulled right from your skin, I don't know exactly how to describe it or exactly how it works. But last time I got them threaded a few weeks ago, it hurt the worst, I think I kinda did really cry. But don't be afraid to try it, it does hurt, but your eyebrows look REALLY nice afterwards, it hurts to be beautiful sometimes :]

I've never had mine threaded but my best friend has hers done that way and she says it hurts like nobody's business! I get mine waxed though, it's quick and only painful for a few seconds afterwards.

They like take a piece of sewing thread and twist a certain way and then they like close a hole they made when they twist and it pulls the hair out. Ill tell u more about it after tomorrrow, when I get them done.
