Is there a way to block guys/girls from certain sites?

I mean like, have something that comes up when you click "join" that says "This spot is for girls only. If you aren't one, please leave now.."

i just thought that if you had a club like this, you could block guys from it, so this would be all-girl....idk

There ARE guys on this spot. the subject matter doesn't necessarily mean that only girls can be amember of it.
