A) If you're between 13 and 26, it's highly recommended you get vaccinated. Most large insurance companies cover the vaccine cost, and if your insurance doesn't, several clinics offer the vaccine at a low cost for people without coverage. B) 50% of sexually active college students test positive for HPV and 80% of women in their fifties were exposed to it at one point in their lives.

It's highly recommended for young girls who hadn't had sex before. Luckily gynaecologists in my country are somewhat hesistant when it comes to this. No long term studies so thanks but no thanks.
