yeh, going swimming will definately do the job! you could join a swimming club (like i did) or if ur not confident enough with water you could go leisure/lane swimming, not only will swimming firm ur bum it will also firm all ur body, especially ur arms, legs, bum and stomach!! coz swimming works all ur muscle groups and is really good aerobics it will increase ur stamina and muscle endurance, and its low impact on ur muscle and joints!! take it from me it will defo firm ur bum lol not only is it give u an amazing work-out its also very de-stressing and relaxing!! so give it a go it worth it lol =] hope i helped!! (oh btw the best exercise for women are swimming and cycling)

Try this daily: 30-50 squat repetitons (Be sure your knees don't go over your toes), running rapidly in place for 30 seconds while lifting your knees to your stomach, and twenty alternating kicks (like karate kicks; you lift on leg at a time and kick it straight out as high and powerfully as you can.) Repeat this cycle for about ten/fifteen minutes for however many days you like (at least a month) and you'll see results (: Hope I helped!
