Am I fat?

I'm 5ft4 and i weight 112lbs(8 stone) is this fat? I'm currently on a diet to loose loads of weight i wanna be about 95lbs.

you do not seem fat at all. If you feel the need to change your eating habbits, don't diet. just eat better. Eat more fruit and maybe less junk food. Don't try to count calories or anything like that.

haha :) that's an ok weight :) you sound healthy, but i just want to be skinnier.

Actually, you are...and it can cause some future health problems to your body. I suppose if you stop dieting now and simply follow a healthy lifestyle, you'll be fine. Just exercise daily and stay away from sweets. Give yourself one day out of the week to eat whatever you want, and never eat after 7pm (works miracles lol) That should help you keep excess weight off without going underweight (:

thank you, i actually do do that i eat really healthily during the week and i excercise everyday and one day of the week i eat alot of junk food :) soo i think i'm heading in the right direction :) thank you for the help :)
