Batman Question

Does anyone know when Catwoman will be making an appearance in any of the upcoming Batman movies?

She's like my most favorite Batman villain (next to Heath Ledger's Joker that is) and one of the more famous one's too, so I don't really get why we haven't seen her so far in any of the Christian Bale Batman movies...

Also if you do know when we'll get to see her would you also know who'll be playing her by any chance?
