Avatar: The Legend of Korra Question

So I keep hearing that Dante Basco has returned for the new series instalment of the last air bender. But his character comes up on the wiki as unknown. Why do you think this is?

Could it be because his character has no real purpose in furthering the story line, and is therefore just a background character? Or merely because his character is under development, and has not yet been introduced to us? Who's hoping he looks like Zuko? Or better? Or BETTER than Mako! O.O

And yes! He does look like Zuko!
I'm thinking he's Zuko's son who Zuko named after his beloved uncle :)
I'm so glad Zuko is still a part of this story.
I literally screamed when I saw Iroh and heard his voice. I actually thought(and hoped) he was actually Zuko for a second but then I was like 'wait no scar and he would be super old.'
But I'm happy anyway!
In the original series Zuko was my favorite character from the start <3
