I have a question - if someone doesn't want to worry about having to sue if unauthorized nude pictures are posted on the Internet of her or him, should they not refrain from acting like a whore and posing for the pictures to begin with?
I dont think she was acting like a whore...I mean yeah, not the best idea but she's not a whore.
what gives you or anyone else a right to define someone by their pictures? a lot of people take nude photos. models take nude photos. Ashley is an adult, so she has every right to take any kind of picture she wants. her career shouldn't define what pictures she can and cannot take in her own private life. it doesn't matter what her job is, when she signs that contract, nowhere does it say that invasion of privacy is apart of the job description. she is human, so she has rights and she does things that other people do. those pictures don't define her, so people like you should really back off. they are just pictures, and nothing else.

ok i dont want to have an argument but first of,if you look at the pics shes not in modeling studio,second,yeah shes human and shes an adult and whatever she dose is her busines but if she would have kept the pics private and secure they wouldt got out in the frist place,and finally i think just because shes a celebrity shes geting pity taken on her if it was somebody else noone would have given three shits and that person would have gone to jail
i wasn't acctually reffering to your post, and i don't want to start an argument either. i'm just getting annoyed with all of the people saying that ashley is a whore or acting like one because of the pictures. ashley seems to be a really sweet girl and then these pictures show up and everyone realizes she's human, she's a sexual being and now everyone thinks less of her. i'm just saying that people shouldn't define her based on a few pictures that were meant to be private in the first place.

you saw them 2!!!!!! and yeah they know there famous and they have cameras on them 24/7 so why do they make sextapes and take nude pics if they know sooner or later someones gonna find out!!!!! and then after its out they bichin and sueing!!!!in my opion its all publicity.Like they say theres no such thing as bad publicity!!!
Okay,she's not a whore.Sure,taking the nude photo wasnt a very bright idea.but a ton of people take naked pics of themselves.and besides.she had taken them before she knew about twilight,so its not like she knew that her being in one movie would shoot her into super stardom.And i i dont care why she took them,maybe just cuz she could,or maybe for a bf.but she could take 500 more photo's and i still wont think she's a whore,slut,ho,whatever you wanna call it,i still think she's a great actress and model,and i still think she the perfect role model.
