As I checked, it seem that your account was suspended due to I don't know what reasons. But you should contact Fanpop for clearer explanation, and ask if they can get your account back. I have been on Fanpop many years and this happened quite a lot when I was around.
This happened to one of my best friends here, but he contact Fanpop and got his account back.
You should give it a try, good luck.
