Shizuo would win, he's faster and it would only take one hit.

Sakura has clone and substitution Jutsu.

Here's some of Shizuo's feats:
-An Assassin tried stabbing Shizuo with a ballistic knife and it barely pierced his skin.
-He punched a group of people across a city.
-He kicked a scrapped car around like a soccer ball and kicked an armored car across a highway.
-He dodged silenced rifle bullets just because he didn't want to get lead poisoning.
-He tore apart military grade trucks with his bare hands.
-He kept up with a truck on a highway while running horizontally off walls. He gave the truck a headstart as well.
Btw Sakura has never shown to have Clone jutsu.

Shizuo is pretty beast when it comes to fighting. His punches are so epic he'll not only send you flying but your clothes will fly off too. xD I know Sakura is strong too but I honestly think Shizuo would win hands down.

@Raikage Yes she has. When facing the sound ninja. Not shadow clones, but clones nonetheless. And I know shizuo is a beast, just saying I think Sakura would come out on top(Man it irritates me to say that...I hate that character with a burning fury)

I don't recall that part however like I said he dodged close range silenced sniper shots. Sakura has never shown speed anywhere near that so he'd knock her head off before she gets a chance to do anything. Shizuo is just far more impressive when it comes to speed, strength, durability etc in my opinion.

Shizuo. I know nothing about Sakura, besides what you guys have said. I have seen a bit of Durarara and Shizuo struck me as a tough bastard.
