I think I'll have to go with the Yu-Gi-Oh! movie. I also like Yu-Gi-Oh! (1999), Spirited Away, Ponyo, Uzumaki, the Pokemon movies, Howls Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Totoro, Afro Samurai, Street Fighter II and the Naruto Movie.
