I have to agree with you on these. Fairy Tail used to be my obsession when I was like eleven, and it has some really good characters, but on the overall, the series is nothing short of average. I'm not saying it's bad; it's just not much different from any other show. Noragami is slightly overrated thanks to its semi-titular character, Yato, and his generic character outline, but the story, music, animation, and the remainder of its cast are all a tad above average. I haven't seen March Comes in Like a Lion, but I've heard good things. Many compare it to Shigatsu, which was also a little above average, so it may be good.
