So i was thinking about all those lists about gateway anime/ anime that people would suggest to people who haven't watched anime to get them into it and i've been debating whether or not i would suggest cg. i mean it was MY gateway anime, it has a fast pace, intriguing elements and a plethora of characters to maybe get attached to but it also has some writing problems in the second season and fanservice that continues to grow out of proportion for the content (yes of course we interrupt this tension filled moment where kallen may or may not confirm zero's identity for a shower scene like common sense nbd) i mean though its easyish to ignore in the first season it just gets worse and worse as the show goes on and apparently people think the clamp style is ugly? (wth i always thought i was HECKA PRETTY like freaking lelouch and cornelia and akjdfnaskjd) and when i think of suggesting it to someone i start to nitpick a series that i love like a looooooooooooooooot and i don't like that. i know the flaws and don't usually care because i still adore the series that caters to me in its out there wackiness.(what other content will have the teenager plan a cout de tat and school festival planning going on at the same time like come on) so like i'm not sure?? haha i just djfnakjsfnkalsjn

I'm pretty sure mine is a good gateway since a lot of people got into anime because of it. The anime I'm talking about is Dragon Ball Z ofcourse and by the way I hate Fullmetal Alchemist.
