The original anime show was very annoying and poorly made!!!!! The live action show was fun in a laughable way. Sailor Moon Crystal was well made!!!

It's what first got me into anime growing up. Watching it now, it can be quite episodic, which I don't usually gravitate towards. But the 90's Sailor Moon will always remain a favourite in my heart. The animation still gets me, even now. The show's got charisma, and depth, sailor moon looks age appropriate, unlike in the new adaption. The 2014 version can't even compare, and I don't watch liv action.
