I hate monobear more cuz he's insane

kyubey is just weird

Lets see...Kyubey basically takes out the soul of soon to be magical girls and puts them into soul gems. He has lied to them and hasn't told them hardly anything until they find out in an incident or something like it.

Compared to that....Monokuma is much better.

Don't know the other one, but even if he's cute I really hate him because of him everyone suffered so much.

I think they're both equally bad, but I think Monokuma's had a bigger impact on humanity in general rather than a single group of people (the puella magi)

The bear's being controlled by the leader of an organization responsible for mass murder and terrorism, but kyuubey's more of a neutral force- his goal is not terrorism, in fact he believe that he's doing the right thing with no ill-feelings- and if he were going to cause something to happen to humanity, chances are it will only affect the puella magi/ the world would never known what happened (Madoka re-making the universe)
