I actually like them both but I prefer Kuruko no Basket (Even though I despise basketball and basically every sport).

I have seen two episodes of Kuroko no Basket and already know I like it more then Free. It is hilarious. XD Taiga cracks me up, epically when he is around Kuroko, who is adorable. The restaurant scene killed me. XD Free's humor, just wasn't that good, like they were trying way to hard. Also, the fanservious completely killed Free. You can easily tell they were trying to hard with that as well, to attract the fangirls who want to look at shirtless guys. Kuroko no Basket hasn't shown any signs of fanservious yet, only thing close was when Riko said "Alright, now take your shirts off!" and the guys were like O_O. That was hilarious. XD But, they didn't frame the whole scene around it, because they didn't make the guys have a six pack and shiny muscles. Which I prefer them do. Plus, I love it how the main character is seen as weak by the rest of the cast. Yet, he uses his weakness to make him strong. I love that, and it makes me look up to him. Do to myself having a weak body. Same as when Koichi gave his wish, saying he was a sickly kid and couldn't play sports. This is the same for me too, do to my disabilities, I can never play a real game of sports. My favorite thing to do was for my dad to throw me a baseball and to try and hit it. We never did base runs, when we did, they always made the bases close so I didn't have to run far. I tried to play basketball a lot as well, staying close to the basket was easier for me to do it. I never could do soccer, that is the one sport I wish I really could atleast play a little, but I can hardly run and my strength isn't good enough to kick a ball while trying to run. So yeah, I really look up to characters who are seen as weak, yet they never give up.
Free, just was all-round boring to me, the characters were dry and the plotline wasn't surprising. Only time I liked it was when they were kids, really wish the show was about them at that age and I probably would like it. So, so far Kuroko no Basket gets a five stars, Free! only two for me.

Kuroko No Basuke! By the way, season 2 is coming this October. Can't wait at all.
