I was worried at first, but it's actually pretty good.

I've seen the Disney Cartoon Lilo and Stitch but I don't think I've ever seen the anime or even heard of it,is the same as the cartoon?

No, I'm stil trying to understand it myself. But I think it's in the furture, Lilo is older and has a daughter that looks like her. There is a new girl called Yuna, that Stitch meets after landing on a new island. I think, after Lilo grew up. Stitch went back to space to be the captain of a ship. So, it's definietly different.

Yeah, he's the main character. Him and Yuna are on a mission to do good deeds, so the Spiritual Stone will grant their wish. I'm on episode two right now, so I am still learning about what is happening. I think he crashed landed on a Japanese island, makes since if he did. I don't know how Lilo and him meet again, but I know it happens soon in a few episodes. Jumba and Pleakley are stuck on an asteroid right now. XD
