Alice in the Country of Hearts is a Alice in Wonderland anime film. This film is bizarre and this review is about wether this film's oddness is well done.

The Plot:

Of course Alice comes to Wonderland, but this Wonderland is quite unique. Alice meets this film's weird versions of the Wonderland characters. in this film the Hatter and the Queen are siblings, the Cheshire Cat's a human, and the White Rabbit has a crush on Alice. Alice enjoys Wonderland, but wonders if she should go home. Also the villainous Knave is after he. It's up to the Hatter to save her.

This film is so weird that it averts being boring. This is 1 of the weirdest films ever! It's so weird that it's a interesting and entertaining film. The plot makes little sense, but that works for a Wonderland film.

The Characters:

Alice is actually pretty normal and spends the film being weirded out by the weird stuff that happens in this film. The Hatter is a rich guy named Blood who's the Queen's brother which is creative. This Hatter is no Johnny Depp or Martin Short, but he's a good character. Instead of the Queen being the villain the Knave is the main villain which is pretty cool. Usually I dislike the White Rabbit, but this film's version of him was entertaining.

The Animation:

The characters look unique and cool. This film is a charming looking film.

The Overall:

This film is so weird that it's a wonderfully weird experience. This film is so unique that it's worth watching.

This review doesn't include all the anime I've watched since last installment. I saw that the dubbed version of Steins;Gate was disappearing off the streaming sites, so I hurriedly bought it off of Amazon and watched it again. Then I watched two anime, Valvrave the Liberator and Date A Live, only to discover they were so new their second season hadn't come out yet, so I didn't include them in my list of anime series I have watched. Wait patiently...

Robotics;Notes—At first, the only reason I watched the show was because it had a semicolon in the title, like Steins;Gate or Chaos;HEAd. I figured...

Sakura Hanazono (花園 さくら, Hanazono Sakura?)

Voiced by: Kana Hanazawa [1]
A good friend of Misaki's and one of the few female students at Seika High, Sakura is friendly and cheerful and, like the rest of the girls, relies on Misaki for protection from the wild behaviour of the boys. She is quite popular amongst the boys, but frequently rejects their confessions; in particular, she’s rejected ex-rugby captain Masaru Gouda (剛田将, Gōda Masaru?) two hundred times. According to Shizuko, Sakura falls in love without carefully considering what the person is really like, as exampled by her persistent feelings for Kuuga, the two-faced, womanizing singer of the popular rock band UxMishi from a nearby high school.

Hello again--I've been going through anime on Hulu like there's no tomorrow. Below are my three latest conquests. I think I'm going to take a break and watch F-Troop and MASK on DVD.

Moeyo Ken TV—Taking place in historical Kyoto during a World’s Fair, this anime has a rather nostalgic setting. But all is not strictly historical—in this Kyoto, monsters and humans live side by side. Our heroes round up unlicensed monsters. Plus there’s a bit of harem mayhem going on, all because the company president’s sweetheart of a son, Ryuunosuke, came back to Kyoto after years in Shanghai. At first,...
