Anime Question

A European anime character

A character that comes from a European country (Doesn't matter what country).
Please try not to use any Hetalia characters. Using a character from that series is kind of an easy way out because pretty much their whole cast comes from Europe.
Christophe Giacometti from Yuri!!! on ICE comes from Switzerland.
