What anime is this? Please, help.

A long time ago I found an anime picture is this site, but I don't remember the title of the series. In the picture there were two characters (a man and a woman, I think) hugging. Both had knives in their hands and were about to stab the other in the back. Does it sound familiar? Thanks for your help :)
