Anime Question

Why do people compare Puella Magi Madoka Magica to The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya? And why do people get upset when they compare Madoka Magica to Haruhi Suzumiya Anime?

Okay before I ask my question here,I don't want people to say which Anime they feel is the better Anime between the 2 Madoka Magica and Haruhi Suzumiya. So please don't do any of that. I am asking why people wanna compare Madoka Magica to Haruhi Suzumiya Anime? There nothing alike,and I wish people would not do that unless it's in a crossover or a poll on this Anime Fan Clu . Anyways why do you all think people compare Madoka Magica to Haruhi Suzumiya Anime? And why do people take it serious instead of having fun 🎉 while doing this comparing Madoka Magica to Haruhi Suzumiya. Thank you all for answering this question in advance. :-)

@ErikaSakura0812 yah some people wanna say Madoka Magic gets on a cross and dies for your sins,what will Haruhi Suzumiya do? and than people say in the Haruhi Suzumiya light Novels and Manga books that Haruhi Suzumiya dies for your sins and does better what will Madoka Magic do? than they start arguing and going on and on. Plus i saw at a convention center that 2 giels had up picket signs. One said Madoka Magic dies for your sins what will Haruhi Suzumiya do for you? Than another picket sign said be head all tboses wbo are Madoka Magic fans,Haruhi Suzumiya dies foe your sins what will Madoka Magic do for us? People go far to seripus to compare the 2 and get mad when somone bashes one ovsr the other. I don't see why people have to compare the 2. There not wven the same. Why can't people just like them both? There is no harm in liking both Madoka Magica and Haruhi Suzumiya Anime. What do you think?

That's not what i am saying. People get mad at each other over one or the other. I just wanted to know why people can't just like both Madoka Magica and Haruhi Suzumiya. I don't see any reason for them to get mad over it. And dude cqlm down this is juat a question. Sheesh.

Who's to say they don't like both? Saying one is better than the other doesn't necessarily mean they hate one. I for one think Haruhi is better.

I never said that. I just wish 🌠 people would like them both instead of getting upset over one over the other. Anyways thanks for answering this question. :-)

Wait so you can kond of see why? why is that? your opinion on it. And why can't people just like them both like i do. I am new to Madoka Magica and it's a really great and beautiful Anime. I been a Haruhi Suzumiya fan for a few years already. I just don't see why people get so serious about it and start making up fights over Madoka Magica and Haruhi Suzumiya Anime. I think a crossover supporting the 2 or a poll on the Anime Fan Club will do just fine and/or an artical for a crossover for Madoka Magica and Haruhi Suzumiya Anime will be bwtter than argument's that people make over Haruhi Suzumiya and Madoka Magica. Anyways what is yur take on all this? you said you can kind of see why. So why is that? everyones opinion counts for the moment.

Well I kinda can see why they would compare it because they both include magic in their respective anime. I haven't watch TMOHS inso long but there is this episode about something involving the eight or whatever -ugh can't remember- and it does kinda remind me of Homura time traveling to save Madoka. But mostly its their magical aspects. Witches and all that in PMMM and Espers, etc in TMOHS.

It is nice if people would like both but even if they like just one they don't have to go as far as to say behead a person or something like that. Unfortunately we can't change how they act and it's those types of well fans we should stay away from. Aww thanks I like you too.

I'd never compare Haruhi Suzumiya with Madoka Magica. on of the reasons are that Haruhi Suzumiya isn't serialized under Manga Time Kirara, but Madoka is serialized in it, the anime I pair with Madoka Magica almost all the time is Hidamari Sketch since both are under Kirara, and both are designed by the same creator, as well as being in the same animation studio, SHAFT.
