Yeah it is, I know about that site I downloaded from it but now sometimes... I try to download from subbing group who subbed the whole anime so I visit few sites, icluding this one, to search for download links... I try to avoid LQ, only if it is last resort for me so I try to download everything in SD or HQ, :1
