Not sure about the ratings on these shows, but I know they're all good shows.
Space Brothers is probably the only show in this list that is completely family friendly, though.
If you're looking for kid shows, Fancy Lala is a good. Potemayo is pretty cute, too.
Inuyasha, Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece are what most people watch and you'd probably like them since they're popular and all. I don't watch them very often, but they're decent shows.
