Smile Pretty Cure isn't a romance anime but it's sure to make you smile!

Watching...actually reading Maid~sama would be a good way to be happy if you like rom-coms.
Though, I cherish Naruto/Naruto Shippuden for making happy...

Chuunibyou made me happy, it is also a romance comedy.... sorry I didn't post a pic, couldn't find one with all characters :)

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. There's lots of nice colors and scenes, the characters are interesting, and the music is awesome. A few other good ones would be Lovely Complex, Acchi Kocchi, Inu X Boku, and School Rumble.
