Dangan Ronpa~ Basically, the grey silhouette was tempted to murder someone to escape Hope's Peak High School (They are all locked in, and the only way out is to kill someone). They ended up killing someone, and this is right before the rest of the living cast find out who it is. Plus, one of the incentives in this murder was the promise of money.
