u know.........in the whole soul society everyone would take about 100yrs or so to master bankai..........but kisuke is an exception.........due to his massive intellect he mastered bankai within 3 days..........he created that program and helped ichigo to regain his shikai., bankai....and made him more skilful in combat.........if i train with him maybe he will let me wield a zanpakto......and also help me to achieve both shikai & bankai.........also he also have the knack to make his pupil understand about the training.........the training might be deadly.but if i stick with him im sure i will be mooore powerful like him...........he he he he

Well explained. Having watched myself the way he trained Ichigo, I could not agree more. His patience, his technique, his blunt honesty when it was required, just to name a few. Without question, he took a . . . boy with potential and helped mold him into both a shinigami and in many ways a man in a matter of days.
