i agree about the characters. they could have used more depth. They were pretty generic. And the animation wasnt that bad... i thought it looked really good when they were fighting titans. but the plot's idea is generic. ill agree with that. in every culture, there is at least one popular story where giant THINGS invade earth.... and this is no exception. but i think the reason i enjoyed attack on titan so much, is not because of the characters or the plot, i just really enjoyed the execution of the show. the first episode was one of the strongest starts ive ever seen in an anime. (and thats saying something, especially since i think SAO has a pretty good start, though the rest of the show just plummeted IMO). but yeah. each episode really wanted to make you know more, it kept you at the edge of your seat and thtats a huge plus in my opinion. and i loved the voice actors and soundtrack as well :) but im not hating on you. its completely your opinoin and i understand and agree with a lot of your points. but i just dont completely agree with some of them :) im not those crazy AOT fans who defend the show to no end, and say its one of the BEST SHOWS EVAH!!!! =_= they just annoy me, to be completely honest..yeah thats it.

Yeah, I hate Attack of Titan, and you're not making me like it anymore. Yeah, I dislike FMA, Brotherhood is better. Yeah, I love Sword Art Online, the characters actually have personality, the story is amazing, it's touching to an understanding point, you relate to the characters better, gorgeous animation, awesome action to a point that it isn't overkill, and it is super cute.

I adore the characters; I enjoy seeing how they handle the nearly impossible situations thrown at them. I love the amazing animation; can you say Female Titan arc? There were moments where the animations was absolutely gorgeous.

I'm really attached to Jean right now and I've got my fingers crossed he doesn't die. ;u;

I really like the second arc of the series a lot better than the first.
