Anime Question

What is an anime character that you immediately thought you wouldn't be able to stand, but eventually became a favorite?

An anime character that started out really annoying you but eventually became one of your favorite characters in the whole show?

Mine would definitely be Happy from Fairy Tail...That attitude made me want to hit the darn thing and the voice grated against my eardrums...but the cuteness level was over 9000 so I was defenseless........

Anyways, once Saki got a mind of her own (and got Simon to punch Izaya. =w=) and I saw how funny/cute Shinra was, they were instantly favorites. :)

Full Moon O Sagashite! :o I read that manga back in 6th grade and loved it! I didn't really like or dislike Izumi, but I felt really bad for him when you found out how he killed himself. :(

Same but for me it was the show in general....I used to think it was a stupid show about an idiot ninja who did nothing all day but crack jokes and turn into a woman.....I was right....but it was awesome....
