do people you know make fun of you because you cry about anime characters deaths,etc.?

i'll be all like "so it's normal to cry about the death of justin beiber,but it's not normal to cry about ur favorite character dying?"

few of them... some of my friends are not really an "otaku" sometimes they say "oh come on... they're just a imaginative character that was drawn and being edited by a computer... you can replay those episodes wherein that character is still alive just skip that part where they died..." but some of them understand me.. :D
