Anime Question

A couple questions

When I bought the Funimation dubs of both seasons 1 and 2 of Rosario + Vampire, both seasons came with a card that said "Fill me out! Win a weekly DVD giveaway!". Basically, I can send this over to Funimation and enter a weekly DVD drawing (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).

1. Has anyone else who's bought DVDs from Funimation received cards like these?

2. Is it worth it?

well i have bought a Funimation dub DVD before. but i never got one of those cards in my DVD pack.
well i bought the Spice and wolf season 1 but i dont know if it was worth it. you get nothing taken away so i guess it was ok to enter. you never know if you win! :)
