Éclair (Kiddy Grade)

Éclair works for the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, or GOTT for short. While her primary job is to be a receptionist her job also incorporates being sent on missions as an ES member of the so-called "Shadow Unit" in order to ensure normal economic operation on the various planets around the Galaxy. She has a tendency to shout "Ta-da!". Éclair is at first believed to be part cyborg, her enhancements letting her move so fast as to appear to teleport from place to place. Her favoured weapon is a custom .45 caliber model Walther P99.

She's not only strong and amazingly beautiful, she's selfless (when she didn't want Ichigo, or anyone to save her for their sake and, also when she first gave Ichigo her powers).
Definitely my favourite female character!

She is a bio-weapon.She is able to use nanotechnology to transform her body into various offensive and defensive weapons.She can transform into mermaid,turns her arms into blades,hammers and shields.Turns her hair into fists and microblades able to cut through steel, turns her own skin into steel, sprouts wings from her back to fly.Eve also loves fireworks.Eve has some problems with controlling her fear.She also like icecream!

Nagisa Furukawa (Clannad)

Nagisa's just such a sweet and caring girl..
We're very much alike, so I can connect with her..
She's very cute and clumsy.. Also a crybaby with a big heart..

Though she always got sick.. She stuck through it all.. Overcoming all the obsticles..
She was probably the strongest person of all in Clannad.. <3

i would say lum from urusei yatsura. she is strong yet beautiful (just look at her!). she is known on her planet as the oni princes. lum was ordered by her father (king of oni) to be in the tag race against ataru (lums lover). ataru the night before told shinobo that if he wins the tag then we will marry her. the next day ataru shouts "for my marriage!!!" over and over again. ataru ended up beating lum. lum heard ataru shouting over his marriage and she said "if you wanna marry me than you just could have said so!" lum can get very jealous too. every time ataru see's a pretty woman lum gets angry and always shoots ataru with lightning. she has fangs too so she can bite.
