Who Are Your Favorite anime character(s) that has...BLUE hair?

Yay Blue it's my favorite color!=3 but that's beside my point!XD

My favorites are Doma from Yu-Gi-Oh,Botan from Yu Yu Hakusho,Konata Izumi from Lucky Star,Ryou and Dark Bakura from SEASON 0 of Yu-Gi-Oh! and Saturn and Akagi of Ginga-Dan in Pokemon..I know I forgot some!XD

anyways who are your favorite characters that have BLUE it could be ANY type of blue!^^
