Pretty much any loli or shota character. They're usualy 13-18, and they look and act like they're 5. I mean, look at Lichtenstien from Hetalia. Her eyes are huge, she's extremley short, has a completley flat chest, and acts like a dependant little baby. Yet, she's 15.
SHE'S 15. MAKE HER LOOK AND ACT 15, NOT 5. If I were from Lichtenstein, I would be quite offended.

Hagu from honey and clover. looks like a child, acts like one with all the stuff she has, but she's in colege (and short) and paints like an adult

Akira Amatsume from Yosuga no sora is one of my favorite characters, and she's 18 years old, she acts like she's 5....... But I love her‼ ^_^

Rukia kuchiki. She is like 150 yrs old. But she looks like a 13 year old. But she act her age I guess well she acts like she is 30

how about this guy..... he looks and acts like a 12 yr old but isn't he over a 100 yrs, yeah that is a big difference!

zeref i think 400 yrs old (looks like a teenager acts like a 16 years old emo), cotton candy lover chopper forgot his age don't even know if it was mentioned or not (even though is raindeer looks like a toddler most of the time and acts like a 5 yr old, also is probably like one piece's only KAWAII character ), also in bleach most shinigami are like more than 100 and only the head captain acts and looks more than 100, almost forgot the legendary sannin jiraya when he was 20 ge looked fifty and the other 2 well the exact opposite they are fifty and they look 20, meliodas from nanatsu no taizai he js about 100 looks blabout 12 to 14 acts 16

Johannes from Qualidea Code hardly looks older than when she was Yu Chigusa in Qualidea of Scum and a Gold Coin(It was set 30+ years in the past).
I don't think she acts much like her age either, she's even sensitive about it.

Amaimon acts like a spoiled teenager when he's really old. Like, REALLY old. Like...thousands upon thousands of years old.
