Who is the most intelligent anime character ?

In your opinion, who is the anime character that is the smartest or has the highest IQ ?

if it makes you ponder too much, think of his/her ability to resolve a situation or come up with the greatest solution, or is an efficient problem solver.

As I have said in a lot of my answers, I think that ryo bakura is the most intelligent. Yugioh is usually the only anime I think of. If I had to chose another from a different anime, I would pick hiwotari from D.N.Angel.

Who's the smartest? Well, in my opinion, it would be either Merlin from seven deadly sins, or Senku Ishigami from dr.Stone. Both of these characters can think inside and ouside of the box, make great solutions and strategies, are both into science and with their logic, can create almost anything that's possible. The difference between them is that Merlin can use "magic", and Senku can't.
