Anime Question

Need help finding new Anime, can anyone help me out?

I'm looking for a good new anime that I can watch for some new inspiration. The animes that I am currently watching now are The Twelve Kingdoms and Mushi-shi both which have really helped alot. Can anybody suggest any animes that are similiar to these. I like long well thought out dramatic and dramma based stories that either revolve around the supernatural or are based in a historic and or fantacy setting. Older Teen or adult rated material preffered, and please no kiddy stuff.

Animes that I also like are:

Angel Sanctuary
Inuyasha
Yu Yu Hakusho
Dragon Ball Z (but please no fighting animes, I prefer drama)
Among others...

People usually view it badly because of the way the texture of things moves. If you ever seen the cartoon show "Chowder" the clothing and hair moves as the character moves. It takes getting used to but it will sink in eventually.

Gankutsuou is my favorite anime.. Its such a good anime and sadly does not get much attention as it deserves. I trust you its really good and something cool happens in every episodes, no fillers what so ever. People usually view it badly because of the way the texture of things moves.
