Anime Question

Has anyone else noticed that Grimmjow Jeagerjaques and Hidan look similar if you just changed their hair style a bit?

Grimmjow from Bleach and Hidan from Naruto Shippuden look similar to me and they both sorta have the same personality but a little bit diffrent since Hidan is Jashinist.
