Assuming you are unfamiliar with how to make a new club/Spot, and that you are trying to ask someone to make this Anime Spot for you. Well I assure you there's no need. It's easy, all you need to do is go to the Fanpop home page which is at the top of any fanpop page, scroll down to the bottom to where it says Creat New Club, click that and there you go, do it up. You can add an icon and banner at any time, you can even ask other players to suggest and upload images for you if you have none of your own to use. Copy and past them in Paint then upload the images where you need them:)
