He's a bit of a bully but I've seen him be nice in a few of the earlier episodes.

IDK? I actually think he's not that bad of a character. Even though if there was going to be a 3rd season and Brad found out about Jake's identity, he might turn evil and try to destroy Jake to get Rose for himself.

I think he's pretty good, in the episode "Dragon Breath" Brad (in a way) was friendly to Jake. I think he's just the playboy type of boy.

And also because many "bullies" are born from traumatic events in their pasts, so maybe, something really bad happened to him when he was little.
