Some help?

I installed this program Bearshare to download music, but now its backfiring. I can't find the uninstall option anywhere. There's one folder named 'Bearshare', but the uninstall icon just doesn't work. Can anyone please offer some insight as to how to delete this mess?

I'm not too good with computers but i asked my partner and he said never ever use bearshare. Well seeing as it's too late and being the abject moron he is he refused to tell me how to get rid of it claiming anyone stupid enough to install it without checking it out first deserved to keep it.
