Advice Question

I don't know what to do...........

ok well its gonna sound kinda stupid...
Theres this lady i know REALLY well. i guess u can say shes a family member...But like every time i see her (twice a week), she sees me draw during my free time. But the annoying thing is is tht she ALWAYS says ''UGH THIER SO BAD'' and stuff like that to MY FACE. Even now she even says ''if ur gonna draw those things then leave the rooom.'' then ill be like ''why?'' then she says tht she doesnt wanna see it. its irritating! Sure its cartoons, but she knows that im not like her son thats this professional at drawing people's faces. And she gets thease unrealistic fantasies and says that i shoud be ''perfect''

and when i confront her (i try not to sound mean but it still is) my mom just says ''watch it'' or does absolutely nothing. and im sick of it..what shud i do? i cnt put up with this....

Well, if you can see her at all without your mum being there, then just say to her calmly that you don't like the things she saying and would like her so stop. If you can't, then speak to your mum privately and say that she's really insulting you and you'd like her to sort it out. If neither of these are possible, speak to someone else- your dad, and older sibling, maybe even a teacher if nothing else works.

thanks for the help...ive spoken to my sibling about this because now it has become an official rule..but she doesnt seem to get it either :/

Talk about the problem with Your mom or some other person of your confidence, if that didn't work, then talk personaly, face to face with the lady, and ask her " Do You have a problem with my Drawing??" if the answer is "yes" ask her why .... if its have something between he's sons drawing, tell her that u and him aren't the same, he's a Professional and he's way to old. He has more years of practise on drawint. She has to addmit You are a great Drawer, almost anybody draws like that (at your age of course). I hope i can Help You!

(or cooking or something you don't like about her)
Maybe you should try to talk to your mum about it too if you feel comfortable talking about it to her.
I know how you feel about the whole "perfect" thing but as long as you have fun drawing and you think that you draw good pictures then you should feel proud of yourself because you are doing something that makes you happy.

What you should do is try to talk to your mom about it and tell her how it makes you feel. You could just try to talk to that lady and say hey what you are saying is not cool...it really hurts me a lot when you say that to me. I feel like you are my family but right now i don't feel like you are because family do not make fun of their own members ideas, drawings. If not then give me her email and i will write to her.
