need advice plzzz :(

ok well, i met this guy thru my best friend, well he's my ex now. but we are friends now. well my best friend dont like him, and he dont like her. she gets mad at me for talkng to him and he gets mad at me for jst being friends wit her. to make both of them hapy, i lie to them about each other. i kno thts prbly not a good idea. im really confusd and dnt kno wat to do. i dnt want to hav to chose between my friends. what should i do??????

They should understand that not everything is mutual. Come clean about the lies. Hopefully, they'll understand why you did it.

Explain to them that you can be friends with whoever you want and if they don't get along, they don't have to talk to eachother. Don't force them to be together. If they want to, they can both be around you at the same time. Give them that option, but don't force it.

I know it's not easy....but you're probably going to have to make a decision. I've had to do this, and it really isn't easy. It was either lose one of my best friends or this guy I liked....I picked her. There was no way a guy would get between us. I just couldn't live without her. So if I were you, I'd go with her.
