I've been seeing a lot of dementedI shows lately and it made me wonder what is the most disturbing scene or WTF scene. Obviously for me it is Fionna and Cake. And I think you can tell what is disturbing there.

But if you mean "most disturbing animated thing," it's going to be Zero Apocalypse, Mad Bull 34, Violence Jack, Dead Leaves, Grave of the Fireflies, Barefoot Gen, Now & Then Here & There, Furi-Kuri, Green Legend Ran, Serial Experiments Lain, Shadow Star Narutaru, Eikan, Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro 2, or some other R rated anime.
