Hello Ellen I have a friend Terry Robbins she lives in Rainelle WV which was flooded on June 23rd. She and her two daughters lost everything they owns in the flood. Terry had just last year put every bit of money she had into fixing up her house. Now without major repairs they have no home. f.e.m.a. and her insurance will not help. So i was hoping maybe some of the people who work with you on helping people out may consider helping her out. any help would be greatly appreciated.
