I can't believe Felicity would do that to Oliver and Oliver should have break it up and punched Ray in the face and then Oliver should have kiss Felicity and told her he loves her .

I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the Arrow and Oliver Queen and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and Arrow but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC kiss in the 20 or 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5
