You asked about the medals, I told you about the props. IM SORRY. I got mixed up. Truthfully that is something no one really knows- you just keep working hard and contributing to a special fanclub that maybe means more to you than others and you might get a green one, which is " Dedicated" then the yellow is "die-hard" red is after that which is like super user or something. You never know. But I do have 4 dedicated medals for four of my spots that I have worked on and five Die-hards. Posted over a year ago
