Conceptually, Blue Snowman is one of the most underrated DC villains. A Wonder Woman enemy, Byrna Brilyant devises a substance called 'blue snow' and utilises it for a criminal career. But, she realises that male villains are more respected, so constructs a cyber-snowman suit in an act of robo-transvestism to disguise her gender. Naturally, she resents WW, who is confident in her role as a powerful woman. I see some serious feminist and sexual political issues which are ripe to be explored.
