He has no superpowers, but does have many modified 'toys'. He specializes in surveillance and stalking. Similar to Robin, he refuses to reveal his identity by wearing sunglasses and a bandanna around the lower portion of his face when out of costume.

Though she appeared clueless about business what she was an expert in the science of explosives and through her the company flourished. 2 years later she heard that her parents death was no accident but was a planned explosion ment to kill them so that Lex Luther could take over the company. To get her revenge she starts working on her own secret weapons and explosives. She put on her fathers favorite work goggles a simple gray pair that he had worn all the time when working and donned her very own costume and renamed her new self Rockette. She almost ends up killing Luther but also destroys half of NYC in the process before the JL could even respond. They end up convincing her that revenge is not the best way. She joins them 4 a year but feels uncomfortable around so many older more experienced heroes so when YJ came out she joins them.

Background: Growing up in Hiroshima JAPAN, Life was hard for Millie and her Mother. They were beggers who grew up on the streets. Everyday, Millie Aiko would sit next to her mother and stare at a old homeless man who everyday would practice some sort of Kung Fu. Millie would practice with the old man everyday who would also exchange stories with her as they used to watch the city move frantically. One day, as the day was ending and the sunset upon them, Millie Aiko picked up her mother to gather shelter for the night and noticed a Strange looking pendant wrapped on the homeless man's Cane. With great curiosity, Millie stood up and walked over to ask him what the pendant was and where he got it from. As she walked across the road, a getaway car was heading in her direction out of control. As she turned and saw pending doom coming towards her the old man suddenly flashed to Millie Aiko standing beside Millie holding her shoulder and smiling at her as if to say " Its alright ". Just as this happened the car passed through them as if light penetrated glass and then it was over. As Millie Aiko opened her eyes the Pendant was floating infront of her, which glowed then desended into her hands. As she turned around slow the Car had crashed into a wall and the old man was gone. After this experiance, her mother remembered something Millie's Father once said to her before he left Japan. He said " One day the stars will desend from the heavens and she will be there keeper". Taking this as a omen her mother used all the money she had and sent Millie to America to find her father in order to find out what it all meant. She met the Teen-Titans ( through a battle that totalled her Fathers Herbal Outlet) which ultimately lead her to the Young Justice League.

Background: Created in Cadmus apart of Project 'Justice' where they created 100 experiment kids, 50 made it out of creation, 25 lived past age 2, only 5 considered successive. All were given DNA of several heroes, Delta has the DNA of Robin, Batman, Green Arrow, and Speedy (also Dick Graysons parents for unknown reasons). She and the rest of the survivors were tested and trained brutally. She and the other 4 manged to escape with the gear the Lab foolishly gave (Special equipment ((suit, her gun, a morphing transport))) But as soon as they escaped they were captured and sold on the black-market, like slaves, they were bought by a assassin group, The Lone Wolves. They lived there for 4 years, escaped at age 9. She had already murdered hundreds of people. She escaped and met up with her old family from Cadmus trained again with each other for a year, then separated. Description: Charm is the dog of the military. He grew up in a country know simply as Chevalier, recently out of the French control it strives beauitfully! Until a civil war broke lose. A civil war in which Charm grew up in. This war claimed both of his parents, but in returned he was trained under a man name Alexander. Since the age of six, with no education higher than a 4th grader, Charm trained long and hard to become a perfect soldier. On the way, he was sexually/mentally/physically abuse along with two others girl he calls his sisters--Abel and Cain.  However, despite the trauma he continues with life. Remebering, its better to on the ground than 6feet-under. He was injected with a serum that boosted his strength but damage his mental stability. Finally, at the age of 12 he was able to fight in the war. He is known for his sociopathic methods on the battle field. He fought in the war, losing damage, gaining scars, most of all his mental stability getting worst. Just when he turned 16, his affliatons with Alexander was leaked. Past: When Willow was a baby her parents left her at an adoption house where she grew up and met Becca finding out they were sisters later on when they joined young justice, Willow was 10 when a man adopted her but was abused by him, she ran away and escaped from her step father joining the secret six team along with her sister Becca, her friends Andrew, Joy, Melinda, and Lucas. When they joined the team Wally had grown a liking to her and she had grown a liking to Wally and they are still a couple to this day, though for Wallys foolish behaviour that seems impossible for anyone to tolerate she can, Willow lives at the mountain with the others and is extremly helpful on missions and helping Megan who has become a very good friend of hers.

Story: Jessie Gastelum was born in Mexico but was raised in a small town in Arizona next to the border. Her mother, a recent high school graduate, and her father, a violent man with hazardous addictions, lived together in a small apartment for six months after her birth before her father kicked them out. With nowhere left to go Jessie and her mother, Marianne, moved back in with Marianne's parents who where already housing her older siblings and their children who had hit tough times. With all the adults in Jessie's family working and being forced to share a small room with her three older male cousins, she quickly became independent and relied only upon her intermediate family and was soon able to fight for herself. Once she discovered her family's poor state and the fact that no one was ever properly fed or clothed she began to scavenge on the street and in the houses of her more well off neighbors.
