"What just happened?" Robin said sitting up looking around in a sudden blur. His head was spinning and couldn't think straight.
"Dude what's up with your voice?" Wally replied. He quickly covered his mouth. "What's up with my voice!?" he looked around to see primary kids sitting up dazzled. Many familiar. Looking around he found a little blonde girl her hair tied in pony tails starring at him as if he were a stranger.
"Ah!" Roy screamed in a high voice. "I'm a little kid!"
"This is awesome!" Wally jumped in the air and flipped backwards. He dashed around looking excitedly at everything. Zatanna's hair blew over her face as Wally ran past her.
"I feel so...little and weak" Superboy looked sadly at himself. The youngsters looked around to see them in the park, a beautiful sunset glowed upon them, their eyes glistening.
"How did we get here?" Robin stood up dusting himself off.
"All we need now is our mentors. We need to contact the Justice League" Artemis grabbed her bow. Everyone nodded and Robin pressed his earpiece with his finger.
"Robin to Justice League. We have a slight problem" on the other side of the line Barry held onto his doughnut his jaw wide open.
"Robin? Is that you?! Why do you sound-"
"That doesn't matter! Pick us up from this coordinates I'm sending to you right now" Robin heard snickering on the other side of the line.
"Oh okay. I'll see if anyone's free" Barry typed rapidly checking this and that whispering to himself. It took awhile but he finally answered.
"Sorry every JL member is on a mission. I'll see if Bats has someone. Barry out"
Robin shook his head. "Nothing" everyone groaned.
"What? We walk?" Conner asked throwing a rock to see how far it went over the lake.
"He said he'll see if Bats got something" Robin said. So they waited. Hours past and the team began to get hungry. Zatanna used her magic to present food for everyone. They ate slowly, except Wally who had tomato sauce all over his mouth. As they finished Zatanna stored all the leftovers away with magic.
"No ones coming. Lets just go" Conner insisted a little annoyed that it was pretty dark and no one bothered to help kids out, especially adults that walked past them. A sudden black limo appeared, the front lights shone on them, unable to see who came out of the vehicle.
"I'm truly sorry for my late appearance, master Dick" as the man stepped toward Robin, the youngster knew exactly who he was.
"Alfred!" the nine year-old jumped on him giving him a great big hug.
"I see there is a slight change about you. All of you" Alfred put Robin down and looked around at the team. "Well we better get you home" Alfred opened the door and insisted everyone to hop in. He closed the door and got back to the drivers seat and began to drive off to Mount Justice.
As they arrived Batman was waiting for them with Diana, Black Canary and Barry. They all froze to see how young the were.
"See! I told you!" Barry pointed at the kids. Robin walked up to Bats.
"Hes soooo cute!" Diana squealed, pulling Robin's cheeks softly.
"Ohhhh. Don't you think Bats?" Dina asked her eyes locked on Robin.
"Hey! I haven't seen you so little in a lonnnng time!" Barry gave Wally a high five.
"How?" that's whats all Bats said.
"We don't remember" Robin replied. There was silence.
"Well we can't let anyone else see you like this" Bats said sternly.
"What are we going to do then? Stay here and do nothing?" Conner asked.
"No. Something more hands on" Bats said.
"Are we going to find out what happened to us and turn us back to normal?" Zatanna looked up at the caped Bat.
"No. We're doing that."
"Then what?!?! What are we going to do!?" Wally threw his arms in the air.
"Your going to primary school" a gasp escaped the sidekick's mouths.

Somewhere in the Arctic, 4:49 a.m.
Nathan curled up on the rocky floor of the dark cave, protected from the snow for now. He'd found a piece of rock chipped off from the edges of the cavern and had somehow created a spark that had ignited into a flame. How it was sustaining, well, he didn't know. But it was keeping him warm, and for that he was grateful.
It suddenly dawned on him that he felt immensely drained, nearly useless. His heart wasn't beating as fast as usuall. Pushing himself up, he went to find a pool of ice, to see what was wrong. What he saw shocked him: his hair had turned to it's orginal mocha hue, a sign of no powers.
He sighed, and realized with a jolt he was in a cave. A cave... and the last person he'd seen was the Batman's daughter. This small fact slightly amused him, but amusement turned to worry. "Fin..." he murmured. "Why can't you see past what I've done? Why can't you see that I love you?"
